             At the Foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit

       Received of Peter Webb Twenty Pounds the Consideration of Docking the Estate
       Tail of the Lands on the other side to the use of the said Peter Webb his Heirs and
       Assigns

x.d  This Indenture made this Eighth Day of September in the Year
       of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty One Between Samuel
       Galloway of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman
       of the one Part and Caleb Dorsey of the Same County and Province Iron
       Master of the other Part  Witnesseth that the said Samuel Galloway for
       and in consideration of the Sum of Two thousand Pounds Sterling Money to him
       in Hand paid by the said Caleb Dorsey ^at^ and before the Ensealing and Delivery of
       these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and thereof and
       therefrom and of and from every part and Parcel thereof he the said Samuel
       Galloway doth Absolutely acquit exonerate and discharge the said Caleb
       Dorsey his Heirs Executors and Administrators by these Presents He
       the said Samuel Galloway Hath granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and
       Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and
       Confirm unto the Said Caleb Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever  All that
       Tract or Parcel of Land called or known by the Name of Taylors Forrest scituate
       lying and being in Baltimore County  Beginning at a bounded red Oak it
       being a bounded Tree of the Land of Cap.t John Peirce and running with the
       Line fo the said Peirce his Land North West Nine hundred and fifty six perches
       then North East three hundred and two Perches then south East nine hundred and
       fifty Six Perches then South West to the first Tree containing and now laid
       out for one Thousand Eight Hundred Acres of Land more or less together with all
       and Singular the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
       wise appertaining  To have and to hold the said Tract or parcel of Land and
       Premisses together with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
       Caleb Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper use and
       behoof of the said Caleb Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns and to and for no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Samuel Galloway for himself and
       his Heirs Covenants and Agrees to and with the said Caleb Dorsey his Heirs
