       whatsoever to the Same Parcel of Land belonging or any wise appertaining
       and also the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders  Rents
       and Services of the Premisses and of every Part and parcel thereof with
       the appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim
       and Demand whatsoever either in Law or Equity of him the said Richard
       Thompson of in unto or out of the afd Parcel of Land and Premisses
       and every Part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances To have
       and to Hold the said Parcel of Land and Premisses and every
       part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Ephraim
       Thompson his Heirs and Assigns to the only use and Behoof of the
       same Ephraim Thompson his Heirs and Assigns forever to the intent
       and purpose that by virtue hereof the said Ephraim Thompson
       may become a good and perfect Tenant of the Freehold and Inheritance
       of all and Singular the Premisses hereby Bargained and Sold against
       whom one or more common recovery or Recoveries may be had perfected
       and executed to the Uses Intents and purposes herein after mentioned
       expressed and Declared and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever  And thereupon it is covenanted Concluded and Agreed
       by and between all the said parties to these Presents that before
       the end of the next Provincial Court to be held at Annapolis on the
       second Tuesday of September next one or more WRit or Writs
       of Entry Sur disseisin en le post shall be brought and prosecuted
       in the Name of the Said James Hollyday as Plaintiff or Demandant
       therein against the said Ephraim Thompson as Defendant or Tenant
       of for the parcel of Land afd and Premisses with the appurtenances
       herein before mentioned or intended to be bargained and sold by
       such Name Quantity Quality and other certainty and Discripsion
       as shall be apt and convenient in that behalf to which Writ or Writs
       the said Ephraim Thompson shall appear Gratis in his proper Person
       or by his Attorney thereunto lawfully authorized and shall and will
       Vouch to Warrant the Premisses the afd Richard Thompson who shall
       likewise appear in his proper Person and shall Vouch to Warrant the said
       Premisses the Common Vouchee and such other and further Proceedings
       shall be therein so that one or more good and perfect Common
