       North three Degrees East Ninety four Perches thence North nineteen
       Deg.s East thirty Six Perches thence South Eighty Deg.s East Twenty
       Perches thence North fifty five Degrees East forty Six Perches thence
       North fifty Degrees West forty eight Perches thence North thirty four
       Deg.s East one hundred and twelve Perches thence South seventy
       eight Deg.s East Sixty Perches thence South fifty Perches thence
       south West twenty two Perches thence South South East thirty eight
       Perches thence South West forty eight Perches thence South and by
       east Sixty Six Sixty Six Perches thence South East thirty Six
       Perches thence with a Streight Line to the Beginning Place
       containing and now laid out for one hundred and eighty Acres of
       Land more or Less according to the Certificate of Survey thereof
       taken and returned into the Land Office bearing Date the Tenth
       day of February Seventeen hundred & thirty and there remaining
       may appear Likewise all the said William Gaithers Part of a Tract
       of Land called Turkey Neck

       Together with all and Singular the Premisses and Appurtenances
       unto the Said ^three^ Tracts or Parcels of Land in any wise belonging
       with the Reversion and Reversions Remainder & Remainders
       Rents issues Profits and all Emoluments whatsoever as also all
       the Estate Right Title Interest Claim & Demand whatever of
       him the Said William & his Heirs of in & to or out of the Said
       Lands or any Part thereof  To have and to hold the afd
       three Tracts or Parcels of Land and the Appurtenances unto
       him the s.d Charles and the Devisees afd (under the Will of s.d Testator
       in manner & form afd as Ten.ts in Common and to his and their
       respective Heirs and Assigns for ever) in equal Portions) to and
       for his & their Respective uses & Purposes & to & for none other
       whatsoever   And the said William Gaither doth hereby covenant
       & grant to and with the s.d Charles Hammond & the Devisees afd that
       he the said William and his Heirs the afd three several Tracts of
       Land and every Part of each with the Premisses & appurtenances
       unto the same belonging unto him the said Charles as Ex and to
