(288) Ratifye and Confirm all and whatsoever the said Jonathan Plowman or his Substitute or Substitutes shall Lawfully do or cause or procure to be done in and about the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents In Witness whereof the said Elizabeth Byng hath hereunto set her hand and seal the Nineteenth day of December in the first year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King defender of the Faith &c and in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and sixty Sealed and Delivered (being first duly stampt) in the presence of Elizabeth Byng (seal) Judson Coolidge Richard Lane At the foot of the aforegoing Power of Attorney was thus written Viz.t On the 7.th day of May Anno Domini 1761 The above named Judson Coolidge made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Provincial Court of ^the Province of^ Maryland that he was present at the Execution of the above and aforegoing Power of Attorney and did see the above named Elizabeth Byng seal and deliver the same as her Act and Deed to and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and that Richard Lane the other Subscribing Witness was then personally present and subscribed his name as a Witness thereto in this Deponants presence Jn.o Brice Judson Coolidge 12 sides Recorded May 8th 1761 x.d This Indenture made the twelfth day of May in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty one Between Michael Earle of Cecil County Gent and Mary his Wife Edward Tilghman of Queen Anns County Gent and Juliana his Wife Henry Ward Pearce of Cecil County Gent and Annastatia his Wife and Eleanor Carroll of the Same County Spinster of the one Part and Richard (Tilghman) |
