       & that she will at all Times hereafter Do Suffer or execute any such further & other
       instrument of writing as shall be necessary or expedient for the further and better
       Assurances surety and sure making of the said right of Dower unto the said Abednego
       Hyat his Heirs & Assigns forever according to the true intent and meaning of these
       Presents and the Act of Assembly in such case made and Provided  In Witness
       whereof she hath hereunto Set her Hand and Seal the day and Year above written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered

       Assigns according to the true Intent and Meaning of the within Deed and
       the Act of Assembly in Such Cases made & provided  Taken and Acknowledged

x.d  This Indenture Tripartite made this fifteenth day of May
       in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Between
       Bennett Chew of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the first Part Alexander
       Fraser of Calvert County Planter of the Second part and Christian Adair of Kent
       County Widow of the third Part  Witnesseth That it is covenanted concluded
       and agreed between the Parties to these Presents that it shall and may
       be Lawful for the said Bennett Chew before the first day of the next
