       Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the first part Joseph Galloway of Ann Arundel
       County Gentleman of the second Part and Edmund Key of Saint Marys County Gentleman
       of the third Part   Witnesseth that the said Henry Woodward for and in consideration
       of the sum of Five shillings of Lawfull Money of England to him in hand paid by the
       said Joseph Galloway at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the
       Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged  Hath given granted released and
       confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant release and confirm unto
       the said Joseph Galloway All that Lott or parcel of Ground with the appurtenances
       lying and being on Church Street in in the City of Annapolis Described Number
       Forty five in the last Survey of the Said City And also all that Lott or parcel
       of Ground with the appurtenances lying and being in the City aforesaid described
       Number forty Six by the said last Survey of the said City and adjoining to the
       said Lott number forty five late in the Tenure and Occupation of the said
       Henry Woodward (but now all in the actual Possession of the said Joseph
       Galloway by Force of an Indenture of Bargain and Sale thereof mad bearing
       Date the Day before the Date of these presents and of the Statute for transferring
       of Uses into Possession being) To have and to hold the said several Lotts
       or parcels of Ground and all and every the Premisses with the appurtenances
       hereby given granted released and confirmed or mentioned or intended to be hereby
       given granted released and confirmed unto the said Joseph Galloway and his
       assigns for and during the natural Life of the said Henry Woodward To the
       Intent and purpose that the said Joseph Galloway shall and may be perfect
       Tenant of the Freehold of the said severall Lotts or Parcels of Ground and Premisses
       until one or more good and Perfect Recovery or Recoveries may be had against
       him the said Joseph Galloway of the said Lotts of Ground and Premisses
       And it is covenanted granted concluded and agreed by and between
       all the said parties to these presents That it shall and may be Lawfull to
       and for the said Edmund Key before the last day of the next Provincial
       Court to prosecute out of the High Court of Chancery one or more Writ or
       Writs of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post against the said Joseph Galloway
       returnable to the next Provincial Court whereby the said Edmund Key shall and
       may respectively demand against the said Joseph Galloway all and singular
       the aforementioned Premisses with their appurtenances by such name or
       names Quantity or Quantities Quality or Qualities Numbers of Content of
                                                                                                       (Acres)
