       thereon together with the charge of drawing and recording this Indenture
       at the Time above limitted for Payment then I do hereby constitute ordain
       and appoint the said John Brice my true and lawfull Attorney or in
       Case of his Death his Executrix my true and lawful Attorney and
       Attorneys irrevocable to sell and dispose of the said Lands or any of
       them to the highest bidder and also to Sue for Levy recover distrain
       upon and receive of and from the Tenants of or upon the aforesaid
       Bohemia Manor all such Sum or Sums of Money as shall be due owing
       or payable from them or any of them or hereafter to become due owing or
       payable by them or any of them for Rents of Land held by them or any of
       them belonging to the said Manor and the same when received to apply to the
       sole and proper use and behoof of the said John Brice his Executors
       Administrators or Assigns untill the aforesaid Sum of Money and Interest shall
       be fully paid and Satisfied the said Joseph Ensor hereby Ratifying and
       confirming all and whatsoever his said Attorney or Attorneys shall do or Cause
       to be done in the Premisses in as full and ample manner to all intents and
       purposes as if the said Joseph Ensor had been Personally present
       doing the same In Witness whereof the said Joseph Ensor hath hereunto
       Set his Hand and affixed his Seal the day and Year first above written
