210) This Indenture Made the Tenth Day of Sept.r anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and Tenty Between Richard Shipley and James Barns of Baltemore County in the Province of Maryland Planters of the one Part and Robert Freshwater of Ann Arundell County in the Province of Sawyer of the other Part Wittnesseth that the said Rich.d Shipley and James Barns for and in consideration of the sum of thirteen Pounds Currant Money of Maryland unto them att or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Prsents in hand well and truely paid the Receipt whereof and them selves therewith to be fully satisfyed contented and payd they the s.d Rich.d Shipley and James Barns Doth hereby acquit Exonerate and Discharge him the said Robert Freshwater his heirs and assignes and every of them for ever by these Presents hath Given Granted Bargained sold enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents Doth Give grant bargain sell enfeoff and confirm unto the said Rob.t Freshwater his heirs and assignes for ever the other half ^one^ Part or Moyety of a Tract of Land called Shipleys Choice Lying in Annarundell County on the south side of (Severn) |
