102) the Cypress Branch or Swamp to the Land called Fair dealing thence again with the said fair dealing south one hundred and forty perches to the south east corner tree of the said Land and thence more into the woods further from the Cypress Branch or Swamp south east one hundred perches thence north seventy degrees east fourteen hundred and fourteen perches Thence North twenty degrees West being fifty per.s in the woods from the said Cypress Branch thence south seventy degrees West five hundred and sixty two perches thence north three hundred and seventy perches thence west one thousand perches to two bounded Saplin Oaks standing near the North West Corner of a peice of Land called Partnership containing three thousand acres and with the said Land South four hundred perches to the first Beginning bounded Oak containing five thousand acres more or less as by the same Will Enterd in the Commissarys office may appear Now this Indenture Wittnesseth that the said Charles for and in Consid.n of five hund.d Pounds Sterling to him in hand paid the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth fully and clearly acquitt release & discharge the said Daniel Dulany his ex.rs and adm.rs (Hath) |
