       be & they hereby are severally conveyed & Made Over
       to & to the use of the said Jonathan Forward & his assignes
       for the said respective Termes & whereas Richard Ingram
       & Frances Hinkley being heretofore attained of felony
       & Robery have nowp added his Maj.tys most Gracious
       parded for the same bearing Date the twenty eighth
       Day of Fabruary last upon condicon of Transportation
       to some part of a Merica on the Indies inhabited by his
       Maj.tys subjects there to remaine for the space of
       seven years & Giveing Good Security it is thereupon ordered
       pursuant to the said Pardon that the said Richard
       Ingram & Francis Hinckley be Delivered to the said
       Jonathan Forward to be transported accordingly & W.m
       Stantley & John Everat prisoners in custody of the sherr
       of this county upon their tryalls for severall felonies
       submitting & consenting to be transported for seven years
       to some of his Majesties said Colonies & plantaccons
       & the said Jonathan Forward haveing contracted for
       such Transportacon It is thereupon ordered that the
       s.d William Stantly & John Everett be Delivered to the
       said Jonathan Forward in order for ^such^ transportacon
