32 Accquittance and Accquittances for the same to Make seale and Deliver and one or More Deputies or attorneys under him to Make Constitute and point with like power and authority as in these p.rsents is Conteyned or Menconed And the same at his Will and pleasure to Revoake And to Doe execute and performe all other lawfull and Reasonable acts Matters and things Whatsoever in and aboute the premisses as shall be Needfull to be Done or as I my selfe might Doe If I were personally present to Doe and performe the same in my proper person And I Doe hereby allowe Ratifie and Confirme all such lawfull Acts Matters and things whatsoever as my said attorney and his substitutes or any of them shall Doe or Cause to be Done in and aboute the premisses by force and vertue of these presents In wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the one and thirtieth Day of March in the second year of the Reigne of our sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland Queen Defender of the faith &c Annoq Dom 1703 sealed and Delivered in the Rob Michel (seale) presence of us Tho.s Emms Tho.s Perritt July 11.th 1703 Then Came Cap.t Tho.s Emms before me and made Oath on the holy Evangelists That he saw the within Named Rob.t Michel signe seale and Deliver This Instrument of Procuration as his own act and Deed for the uses therein Mentioned Jurat Cora Tho.s Greenfield Just Prov.ll 28.th Aug.t 1703 Then Came Cap.t Tho.s Perritt before me and Made Oake oath on the holy Evangelist that he saw Robert Mitchell signe seale and acknowledge the within Instrument to be his own act and Deed Jurat Coram Seth Biggemus Just pvnl 1152 This Indenture made the 16.th Day of Aprill Anno Dom 1705 and in the fourth Yeare of the reigne of our sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God Queen of England &c Between Thomas Alcock of Walthamstow in the County of Essex shopkeeper of the one part and Joseph Usher Citizen and Cloath work of London of the other part Whereas the said Joseph Usher at the special Instance and request and for the only debt of the said Thomas Alcock became and stands joyntly and severally bound w.th the said Thomas Alcock unto James Bosley of Wansted in the County of Essex Carpenter in ore bond or obligation bearing date the fourteenth day of Aprill now Intant in the sume or penalty of hundred pounds of Lawfull Money of England Conditioned for payment of the sume of fifty pounds of Like money (on) |
