12) x.d This Indenture made the fourteenth day of Aprill in y.e year of our Lord Christ 1710 Between Foster Turbutt of Talbot County in the province of Maryland planter of the one part and William Bladen of the Citty of Annapolis in the province afd Esq of the other parte Wittnesseth that y.e s.d Foster Turbutt for and in Consideracon of the sume of Ten thousand pounds of Tobacco by y.e s.d W.m Bladen to him in hand paid hath & doth hereby grant bargaine Sell Release and Confirme to him the said William Bladen his heires and assignes for ever in his Possession now being all my right title trust interest clayme and demand whatever of and unto all that piece or pcell of Land lying and being on Kent Island in Queen Anns County Containing four hundred & eighty acres or thereabouts and lately in dispute & Recovered a pte of Kentfort Mannour by Phillip Lynes Esq.r late deceased w.th all the rights previledges & appurts thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to have & to hold the same to him the s.d W.m Bladen his heires & assignes for ever to their sole proper use & behooffe for ever he y.e s.d W.m Bladen paying & rendering to y.e Lord propriater all such rents & services as shall appeare to be hereafter due and payable for the same or any part thereof In Wittness whereof y.e s.d Foster Turbutt hath hereunto sett his hand & affixed his seale the day & year above written Fost Turbutt (seale) Signed sealed and delivered in the psence of J Murdock On the back of the aforegoing deed was thus endorsed James Wallace as foll.o Viz.t Aprill the 14.th 1710 Came before us the within named Foster Turbutt and acknowledged y.e w.thin deed to y.e within written W.m Bladen Esq his heires & assignes for Ever W.m Holland R Bradley x.d This Indenture made the 15.th July 1710 Between John Rider Gent of one part & W.m Bladen of y.e other part Wittnesseth that the said John for and in Consid.n of eight pounds in hand paid doth hereby gra^n^t bargaine sell Release & Confirm to said W.m Bladen and his heires for ever one Lott lying in the Citty of Annap.s taken up & built upon by his Grandfather Co.ll Hutchins In wittness whereof hath hereto set my hand & seale seald & dd in p.rsence of Jn.o Riden (seale) W.m Holland Jacob Loockerman Jun.r July 15.th 1710 This Indenture acknowledged by M.r John Rider to y.e use of WBladen & his heires according to Law before me W.m Holland |
