(10) grant bargaine and sell the same and every part and percell thereof unto the said George Parker his heires and assignes in Manner & forme afd And that it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said George Parker his heires executors adm.rs and assignes for and notwithstanding any act or thing by the said Thomas Billingsley done or suffered to the Contrary (from and after default of payment of the said sume of two hundred sixty seven pounds ster and interest for the same at the day and time menconed and appointed for payment thereof in the provisoe or condicon afd) quietly and peaceably to have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the said Lands Tenements goods & Chattells Negroes Cattle horse hogg and sheep and all other the premises and every part & pcell thereof without the Lawfull lett suite trouble eviccon ejectcon molestation or denyall of the said Thomas Billingsley his heires Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes or any other pson or psons whatsoever lawfully Claiming or to Claime in by from or und.r him Freed and discharged or otherwise by him the said Thomas Billingsley his heires Ex.rs and ad.rs well and sufficiently saved & kept harmless of and from all and all manner of former and other gifts grants bargaines sales Leases Estates Joyntures Dowers of & especially the Dower of Hannah now Wife of the said Thomas Billingsley wills intayles Mortgages Judgments Executions and of and from all other titles troubles charges incumbrances claymes and demands whatsoever had made comitted don levyed executed or suffered or to be had made done acknowledged Levyed Executed or suffered by the said Thomas Billingsley and his heires shall & will at any time hereafter (after default of payment of the said sume of two hundred sixty seven pounds & lawfull interest thereof at the day & time herein before appointed for payment thereof) at the request Costs & Charges in the Law of the said George Parker his heires or assignes make do acknowledge levy execute and suffer or cause to be made done acknowledged levyed executed & suffered all and every such farther and other Lawfull and reasonable act & acts thing and things devices conveyances and assurences in the Law whatsoever for the further assureing surety sure makeing settling and conveying of the said Lands Negroes Goods Chattells & all other the premisses w.th their & every of their appurtenances unto & upon the said George Parker his heires and assignes for ever Be the same by Matter of Record or Not of record as by the said George Parker his heires or assignes or his or their concill Learned in the Law shall be Reasonably advised devised or required And Lastly it is Covenant Concluded & agreed upon by and between the said parties to these presents that untill default shall be made of or in the payment of the sum of two hundred sixty seven pounds and interest thereof at the day & time herein before appointed for payment thereof It shall & may be Lawfull to & for the said Thomas Billingsley his heires & assignes peaceably & Quietly have hold use occupy possess & injoy the said Lands tenements Negroes goods and Chattells & other the before menconed premises without (the) |
