72 and Miriell Abington of London spinster the next heir of the said John Abington Defend.t It was (interal) ordered and decreed that the said John Abingtons plantations and Lands in America and all his stock there should be sold to the best purchas or that Could be gott for the same to be allowed by M.r Keck one of the masters of the said Court and that the said Miriell Abington should joyne in the said sale or ^re^Lease her title thereto and Interest therein to such purchaser And Whereas the said John Hyde by an order of the said Court bearing date the six and Twentieth day of June which was in the said yeare one thousand seven hundred and two af.d hath been allowed and is Confirmed to be the purchaser of the said plantation And Whereas pursueant to the said Decree and in obedience thereto the said plant.a and all and singular the premises herein after menconed are by a good and sufficient Conveyance and assurences in the Law setled and Conveyed unto and upon and Vested in the said Jn.o Hyde his heirs and assignes as by the Recited Decree inrolled in the said high Court of Chancery and the severall measue conveyances and assurences (before) |
