       two parcells of Land being Stallings Lot and so much of
       the said John Stalling his part of Robinson's Rest as shall
       be butted and bounded as afd fully Compleat and make
       good two hundred acres of Land and all hereditaments
       to the same belonging and all and every the premises
       unto the said Samuel Chew the father and the s.d
       Sam.ll Chew the son their heires & assignes for ever
       to the only proper Use and behoofe of them the said
       Sam.ll Chew the father & Sam.ll Chew the son their heires
       & assignes for ever more the rents & services reserved by
       the Lord propry upon both & Either of the said two
       percells of Land only Excepted & foreprized  And the said  
       Rich.d Stalling and Jacob Stalling for themselves their &
       either of their Ex.rs and adm.rs doe by these presents Covenant
       grant and agree to and w.th y.e s.d Sam.ll Chew the father and
       the said Sam.ll Chew the sonn their heires and assignes
       that for and notwithstanding any act or thing done by
       them the said Rich.d Stalling and Jacob Stalling to the
       Contrary they the said Samuell Chew the father and the
       s.d Sam.ll Chew the son & their heires and assignes may for
       ever quietly peaceably have hold possess & enjoy all & every the
       hereby granted Lands and premises  And the said hereby granted
       Lands & premises the s.d John Stalling for himself his heires
       Ex.rs & adm.rs unto the said Samuel Chew the father & the
       said Sam.ll Chew the son their heires & assignes against
       all persons whatsoever shall & for ever well warrant and
       defend by these presents  In Wittness whereof the
       parties to tehse presents have Interchangeably set their
       hands and seales the day & yeare first above written
