       Nicholas Shepheard Doth hereby
       for himself his heires Executors and
       adm.rs also Covenant promise grant and
       agree to and with the said John Marriot
       his heires and assignes that it shall & may
       be Lawfull for him the said John
       Marriot his heires and assignes from
       time to time and at all times forever
       hereafter peaceably and quietly to have
       hold use occupy possess & Enjoy y.e afd
       tract of Land and p.rmises with its
       apptences and every part and parcell
       thereof free & clear & freely and clearly
       Exonerated discharged and saved harmless
       of and from all former & other guifts
       grants bargaines sales Joyntures
       Dowers tithes ^of Dower statute &^ recognizances Executions
       rents arrearages of rent wills Entayles
       & of and from all other incumbrances
       whatsoever without any lawfull let
       suit trouble Eviction molestation or
       interruption of him the said Nicholas
       Shepheard his heires or assignes or any
       other person whatsoever and also that
       he the said Nicholas Shepheard his heirs
