851 George Spicer of the same County and now depending in the Provinciall Court upon an action of trespass upon Ejectment for one hundred & fifty acres of Land Lying in Prince Georges County being part of a tract of Land Called Mansfeild or part of a parcell of Land Called Collings Comfort or part of one or part of boath Now these may sattisfie the Hon.ble Judges of the said Provinciall Court & all attorneys therein Conserned that I the said George Spicer doe hereby freely give Judgm.t unto the said Joshua Cecell for his Demands in the said action depending & des^i^er the said Joshua Cecell may not be put to any further trouble or Charge in prosecuteing the same & Likewise doe desier the same may be Entred on the Records of the said Provinciall Court in due forme of Law as wittness my hand and seale the day & yeare first above mentioned George spicer (seale) signd seald & Delvd in the presence of Tho Greenfield Jn.o Wightt Jn.o Bradford vide acknowledgm.t of Judg.t in lib.o T B page 60 by vertue of y.e Int.r July y.e 11.th 1705 above Warrant To any of the Atturneys of the Provinciall Court these are to impower you or any of you to Confess Judgment in action of trespass and Eiectment brought by M.r Charles Carroll against me for a tract of Land in Prince Georges County called the Outlett and for your so doing this shall be to you or any of you a sufficient warrant wittness my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of Aprill 1705 Wittness present Hugh Riley W.m Offut (seale) June y.e 30.th 1705 To all psons to whom these p.rsents shall come, I Tho Smithson Esq Chief Justice of her Mas.ty provinciall Court doe certify y.t I have |
