              & a sight for ever to the only proper use & behoof of him the
       said Col Henry Darnall his heires & Assigns & to no other use
       Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Aaron Hall & Mary
       his wife for themselves & their heires do hereby Covenant
       promise Grant & Agree to & with the said Col Henry Darnall
       his heires & assigns that they the sd Aaron Hall & Mary
       his wife shall at all times & from thence forth & from time to
       time acquitt & Discharge or otherwise save & keep harmless
       as well the said Col Henry Darnall as also all the said lands
       Tenements & Hereditaments & all other the premisses before
       mencond (Except the two parcells sold out as afd) to be bargaind
       or sold or Conveyed as afd with the Appurts & every part &
       parcell thereof & from all former bargains sales Joyntures
       Dowers & Titles of Dower Statutes Judgm.ts Recognizances
       Executions Rent Charges Arrearages of Rent Charges forfietures
       & all other Charges & incumbrances whatsoever had made or
       done at any time before the Sealing & Delivery of these
       presents by him the said Aaron or any other person or persons
       whatsoever And further the said Aaron & Mary his wife do Coven.t
       to & with the said Coll Henry Darnall & his heires that the said
       Aaron & Mary his wife & their heires shall & will at all time & times
       hereafter for ever warr.t & Defend all the before mencond p.rmisses
       intended to be hereby bargaind & sold unto Him the said Col
       Henry Darnall & his heires ag.t all Manner of persons Claiming
       or to Claim any right title or Interest thereto or into any part &
       parcell thereof Unless the two parcells before Accepted provided
       allways & it is the true Intent & Meaning of these p.rsents
