       Intents & purposes herein after mencond & declared that is to say to the use
       of the sd Woolfron Hunt & John Hunt sons of the sd Eliz.a by Wolfron Hunt her
       late Husband decd & to their heires & assigns for ever equally to be divided
       between them & in Case the said Wolfron & John Hunt sonns of the sd Eliz.a
       by Wolfron Hunt her late Husband decd should happen to dye without
       heires as afd then the true intent & meaning hereof is that the sd two
       hundred Acres of Land & premisses shall come to be the proper right &
       Estate of the said Josiah Jones the son of the said John Jones by the sd
       Eliz.a his wife To hold to him the said Josias Jones his heires & Assigns for
       ever any thing herein before to the Contrary Notwithstanding And the
       said John Jones & Eliz.a his wife for themselves & their heires Do hereby
       Covenant & agree to & with the said W.m Taylard & his heires as trustee for
       the afd Children & their heires & the heires of the survivour of them that
       at any time hereafter upon the reasonable request & at the Costs & Charges
       in the Law of the said Children & their heires or the heires of the survivour
       of them The the said Willm Taylard & his heires shall make & grant such
       further & other assurance of the afd Land & p.rmisses to the uses Intents &
       purposes afd as by the survivour of the sayd Wollfran & John the sonns of
       the said Wolfran or their heires or the heires of the survivour of them or
Josias   the said John Jones (of to him the said land shall happen to descend & Come
       or his heires shall be reasonably devised advised or required provided
       such assurance Contain no farther Warranty than ag.t the said John Jones
       & Elizabeth his wife & their other Heires In Witness whereof the partys
       first above named have to present Indres interchangeably sett their hands
       & seals the day & year first above written

                                              The forgoing Deed was thus endorsd viz.t

       Memorand that this day to witt the seventh day of October Anno Dni 1702
       Came the within named John Jones & Eliz.a his wife  And the said Eliz.a being
       privately Exated according to law the sd John Jones & Eliz.a his wife did acknowledge
       the within mencond to be their Act & Deed to the uses Intents & purposes
