       Zacharias Vanswerengen at & before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these p.rsents the receipt whereof he Doth
       hereby acknowledge hath Given granted bargained
       and sold and by way of Exchange for the said other Land
       called Henry James Neck afores.d Delivered to the said
       Zacharias Vanswerengen & Martha his wife there Heirs  
       and assignes for Ever all that the said Tract or p.rcell land
       Called Scotland Lying Next Adjacent to a p.rcell of Land
       Late sold to Charles Egerton gen called pyny neck & as
       Neare as Cann w.thout surveying be Gnested bounded as
       afores.d Containing Two or Three hundred acres More or less
       and being w.thin the hundred of S.t Michaells in the County
       of S.t Maries with all Houses Ediffices barnes buildings
       orchards Gardens Lands woods underwoods & appurtenances
       to the same parcell of Land called Scotland apperteyning
       And all his the said Charles Calvert his Right title Clayme
       and Demand whatsoever in & to the same or any parte
       thereof  To have and To hould to them the said
       Zacharias Vanswerengen & Martha his wife their Heirs
       and Assigne for Ever to the only proper use of the said
       Zacharias Vanswerengen & Martha his wife their
       Heirs & Assignes for Ever & to Noe other use Intent or
       Purpose whatsoever provided Nevertheless & it is the
       true Intent & Meaning of the parties to these p.rsents
       that in Case the said Martha should Happen to dye
       without Issue of the body of the said Zacharias between
       them begotten that then y.e said Lands & p.rmises Called
       Scotland afores.d should & shall come remain & be
       to the use & behoofe of the said Zacharias Vanswerengen
       his Heirs & Assignes for Ever from & after the Decease
       of the said Martha without such Issue as afores.d they
       the said Zacharias Vanswerengen & Martha his wife
       their Heirs & Assignes Yealding & paying theirfore yearly
       to the owners Lords or possessors of the Mannor whereof
