       well and sufficiently saved and Kept
       harmless of and from all and Manner
       of former and other Gifts Grants bargaines
       sales Leases Estates Joyntures Dowers titles
       of Dower Wills intailes Judgments Executions
       Issues Seizures Sequestrations and of and from
       all other titles troubles Charges incomberances
       Claimes and Demands whatsoever had made
