       vales it be from such person as notes
       has bin drawne upon any person or persons
       forni or Concerning the said Estate and
       by them accepted payable to the said
       Anthony for Elizabeth wood which I Doe
       not hereby Discharge but y.t they and
       Every of them shall stand and be good against
       the acceptor but the Estate in Lands
       of Cordea Clear of it I say recd Twenty
       Two thousand one hundred and Eighty
       pounds of Tobacco as wittness my hand and
       seale this 16.th of Octob.r 1702

             afd receipt was thine   Jn.o Edgar   (seale)
             Endorst viz.t)

was by the said Jn.o Edgar signed      Acknowledged
sealed and Delivered as his Act and   in open Court

       Province Merch.t on y.e other parte Wittnesseth
       that the sd Jn.o Dodderidge for and in consideratioin of
       the Sume of Two thousand Five hundred pounds of
       Good Sound Merchtable tob.o and casque to cont.a
       the same unto him at and before the sealing and
