       And his heires according to the Tenor of the
       said Recited Deeds Doe hereby Nominate ordaine
       Constitute and appoint John Hammond Jun.r
       and W.m Hamond both of Annarundell County
       in the province of Maryland my True and
       Lawfull att.rys Joyntly or Severally for me
       and in my name to Enter into and upon the said
       Lands plantacon and premisses or into any
       parte thereof in the name of the whole and to
       Deliver the possession of the same lands and
       premisses to the said John Brice and to
       appeare in any Court or Courts of the said
       province and thereto Recognize and
       acknowledge the said lands and premisses
       to the Right and Estate of the said John
       Brice and his heires soe that such Right
       and Estate may be Registred Enrolled and
       Recorded according to the Custome and use of the
       said province and to Doe all and Every other
       Actt and thing whatsoever for assureing the
       same lands and premisses to the Said Jn.o Brice
       and his heires as he or they shall advise
       and Require as fully and Effectually as I my
       selfe might or Could Doe If I were there personally
       present and whatsoever my said att.rys or Either
       of them shall doe and performe In the premisses
       I Doe and will Ratifie Confirme and allow
       the same for good Effectually In the law at
       all times hereafter by these presents  In
       wittness whereof I have hereunto sett
       my hand and seale the Twentie seaventh
