       To Have & To Hold the said Moiety or one halfe pt of the sd
       tract or pcell of land with all & singular the appurtenances to
       the same belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the
       sd W.m Chew his heires & assignes for ever to the only proper
       Use & behoofe of him the sd W.m Chew his heires & assignes &
       to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  And the S.d Jn.o
       & Tho.s doe and for themselves and their heires hereby Covenant
       promise [illegible] with the sd W.m Chew
       his heires & assignes [illegible] & then he
       shall & will from time to time [illegible] for ever hereafter
       save & keep harmless [illegible] as all the
       before menconed [illegible] & Every Pt
       & Pcell thereof [illegible]
       Dowers titles of dower [illegible] manner Ex[illegible]
       accons Rents and arrearages of rent and all other charges
       & incumbrances whatsoever  And that they the sd Jn.o &
       Tho.s Larkin & their heires shall & will forever hereafter
       warr.t & Defend the afd Moiety of the sd tract of land
       & every part & Pcell thereof unto him the sd W.m Chew his heires
       & assignes forever ag.t all Maner of Psons claiming or to
       claime any right title or [illegible] thereof from by or
       under him or from by or under any other Pson or Psons
       whatsoever  And the sd John & Tho.s Larkin for themselves & their
       heires doe hereby Coven.t promise Grant & Agree to & with the
       sd W.m Chew his heires & assignes that they the sd John Thomas
       Larkin & their heires shall & will from time to time & at
       all times for ever hereafter doe make acknowledge suffer &
       Execute or cause to be made done acknowledged Suffered &
       Executed all & Every such further Act or Acts thing or things
       assureances & Conveyances in the law As by the sd W.m
       Chew his heires & assignes or his or their Councell
