(539) Any Wise appertaineing To have and to hold the same unto him the sd Rich.d Marsam his heires and Assignes ^for ever^ to y.e only proper use and behoofe of y.e sd Rich.d Marsam his heires & Assignes and and to noe other use intent or purpose Wtsoever And the said John Stanley for himselfe and his heires and Assignes hereby Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and w.th the said Richard Marsam and his heires and Assignes that he y.e said Jn.o Stanley and his heires [illegible] from time to time and att times hereafter doe Make Acknowledge Suffer and Execute or cause to be & Every further and other Act and Acts thing or things Assureance and Conveyances in the Law as by the sd Richard Marsam his heires & Assignes or his or their Councill Learnd in the Law shalbe from time to time devised or Advised for y.e further & better Assureance of all and singuler the p.rmises hereby bargaind and Sold or intended to be hereby bargaind and Sold And the sd John Stanly for and his heires doth hereby further covenant promise grant and agree to and with the sd Rich.d Marsam and his heires that he the said John and his heires shall from time to time and att times hereafter for Ever warr.t and Defend the afd Moietyes of the afd Two severall Tracts or parcells of Land unto him the said Rich.d Marsam his heires and assignes ag.t all Manner of persons Clameing or to Clame any Right Title or Interest thereunto or into any parte or parell thereof from by or und.r him or from by or und.r any other person or persons whatsoever Provided |
