       whatsoever had made or Done at any time before the sealing
       and Delivery of these psents by him the said foll Henry
       Jowles or by any other pson or psons lawfully
       Claimeing from by or under him in any wise and the said
       Coll Henry Jowles Doth hereby for himselfe and
       his heires further Covenant p.rmise grant and agree
       to and with the said Amos Garrett his heires and
       assignes that he the said Coll Henry Jowles shall
       and will from time to time and at all times hereafter
       when thereunto required doth make acknowledg suffer
       and Execute or Cause to be made Done acknowledged
       sufered and executed all and every further and
       other act and acts thing and things asureance and
       Conveyances whatsoever as by the said Amos
       Garrett his heires and assignes or his or there Councell
       Lerned in the Law shalbe from time to time reasonably
       devised or advised for the further and better asureance
       surely and sure makeing of all and singuler the
       pmises hereby bargained or sould or intended to be
       hereby bargained or sould  And lastly the said
       Coll Henry Jowles for himselfe and his heires
       Doth Covenant Pmise Grant and Agree to and
       w.th the s.d Amos Garrett his heres and assignes that
       he the said Coll Henry Jowles the land and pmises
       soe as afores.d bargained or sould or intended to be
       hereby bargained or sould unto the said Amos Garrett his
       heires and assignes shall for Ever hereafter
       warrent and defend of and from all manner of Defects
       and Incomberances whether it be by the said Lands runing
       into former or more ancient surveys or by any other
