       And alsoe of and in One other Tract or parcell of land
       called Suffolk lyeing in Talbott County on the Noth side of
       Choptank river in the Notherne Maine branch of the
       sayd river called Tuckahoe Creeke butted and bound in the
       originall pattent beareing date the Tenth day of January
       1670 granted unto Samuel Withers of the County of Ann
       Arundell Gentl and Henry Hawkins of the same County
       planter their heires and assignes for Ever is sett forth then
       sayd to be conteineing and layd out for six hundred acres
       of land more or less  And alsoe of and in One other Tract or
       parcell of land called Pearch Meadow lyeing in Chesepeak bay
       and sayd then to be on the Easterne side of the sayd bay
       in the County of Baltemore and in a Creek in the sayd bay
       called Fendalls Creeke and on the North side of the Easterne
       branch of the sayd Creeke butted and bounded as in the
       Originall pattent beareing date the Twelfth of August
       Anno Dm 1673 granted unto the sayd Richard Hill dec.d
       his Heires & Assignes for Ever is sett forth then sayd to be
       conteining & layd out for Three hundred Acres more or less
       And alsoe of and in One other Tract or parcell of land
       called Maidenhead lyeing in Cecill County on the East side
       of Chesepeake bay and in a river called Elk river and in a
       Creek called Cap.t Johns Creeke and on the South east side of the
       sayd Creeke butted and bounded as in the Originall pattent
       beareing date the Tenth day of July in y.e yeare of our
       Lord 1675 granted unto George Gunnell of Baltemore Co
       his Heires & Assignes for Ever is sett forth then said to be
       containeing & layd out for Two hundred Acres more or less
       And also of and in One other Tract or parcell of land
       called Midleneck lyeing in Chesepeak bay and then sayd to be
       on the Easterne side of the sayd bay in a Creeke in the said bay
       called Fendalls Creeke on the west side of the sayd Creeke
       butted & bounded as in the Originall pattent beareing date
       the Twelfth day of August Anno Dm 1673  Granted unto
       the sayd Richard Hill deced his Heires & Assignes for Ever
