(164) tract or percle of Land Called Browns adventure Begining at a bounded redd oake in Col.o Tho.s Taylors lyne it being a bounded tree of Richard Owings and runing w.th taylors lyne ^south^ East three hundred and twenty perches to a bounded white oake by a runn Called Davisses runn then north East three hundred fifty six ps then north west six hundred and Eighty ps then south west one hundred and fifty six ps then south East three hundred and sixty ps then by a streight lyne to the first bounded oake Cont.a and now Laid out for one Thousand acres more or less To have and to Hold the said tract or parcle of Land with all the Dwelling houses out houses tob houses Fences and all other appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaineing unto him the said John Gadsby his heires and assignes for Ever to thee only proper use and behoofe of him the said John his heires and assignes and to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Tho.s Brown for himselfe & his heires Doth hereby Covenant Grant & agree to and with the sd John Gadsby & his heires that he the said Tho.s and his heires and Every of them shall and will from time to time and at all time hereafter Exonerate acquitt & Discharge or otherwise save and keep harmeliss as well the said John Gadsby as alsoe all the said Land and pmises and all other the appurtenances before menconed hereby |
