(131) Spanish Oake standing on the East side of the North branch of Zechiah thence North fifteen degrees East one hund.d sixty five perches to a bounde w.te oake standing on the afsd Branch side then N.o by East by East one hundred sixty Fower perches to a bounded white oake standeing upon a Plaine then south by East Two hundred seaventy two perches to a bounded spannish oake it being A bounded tree of a parcell of land now in the Possession of William Barton and called Bartons hope thence South by west Fifty Fower Perches thence with a streight line to the first bounded tree Containing and laid out for One Thousand Forty five Acres of land more or less to be holden of the Manner of Calverton p the Certificate of Survey relation being thereunto had more at large may appeare Now this Indenture further wittnesseth that the said James Bigger and Margarett his wife as well for and in consideration of the full sume of one hundred and seaven pounds of lawfull money of England in hand paid or secured to be paid by the said George Spicer at and before the ensealing and delivery of these p.rsents the receipt whereof they the said James Bigger and Marg.tt his wife doe hereby Acknowledge and doe hereby for themselves their heires Ex.rs adm.rs and assignes fully freely and absolutely Give Grant bargaine sell aliene Enfeoff and Confirme unto him the sd Georg Spicer his heires and assignes for Ever All that the aforesd tract or parcell of land called the forrest butted and bounded and containeing one thousand |
