       for Ever and the said Thomas Edmondson Doth
       for himselfe his heires Execut.rs adm.rs and assignes
       Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said
       Ralph Elstone his heires Executors adm.rs and
       Assignes that the afd parcell of Land and
       all other the bargained premises unto him the
       said Ralph Elstone his heires Execut.rs and Assignes
       against him the Thomas Edmondson his heires
       Executors adm.rs and Assignes and against all
       and Every other person or persons whatsoever
       shall and will warrant and for Ever Defend
       by these presents the rents and services hereafter
       to be Come Due to the Lord of the fee thereof
       all wayes Excepted and foreprized and further
       that the said Thomas Edmondson and his heires
       Executors and Assignes shall from time to time
       and at all times for Ever hereafter at the reasonable
       requests and proper Costs and Charges in the Law
       of him the said Ralph Elstone his heires or assignes
       make Doe Execute and suffer or Cause to be made
       Done Executed and Suffered all and Every such
       further and other Act or Acts thing or things
       Device or Devices Assureance or Assureances
       whatsoever in requisitt in the premises for the
       better assureing and sure makeing of all and singular
       the bargained premises unto the said Ralph
       Elstone his heires and assignes for Ever be by Enrollm.t
       of these presents fine Feofm.t or other wayes or
       by any other lawfull wayes or means as by him
       the said Ralph Elstone his heires and assignes
       or by his or their Councill Learned in the Law
       shall be Reasonably advised Devised or required
       In wittness whereof the Tho.s Edmondson hath
       on the back side of these presents hereunto sett his
       hand and seale the Day and year first above
       written            On the back side of the foregoeing
                              Deed was thus Endorst as follows viz.t
                                                                Tho.s Edmondson (sea)
