       Chesnut thence Touth foure hundred per
       to a marked oake standing in the Lyne
       of a pcell of Land Laid out for Sam.ll
       Duvall thnce East one hundred and
       twenty per to y.e first bounded tree
       Contin^in^g and Laid out for three hund.d
       acres more or Less  And a^n^other tract
       or parcell of Land Called Bourges Choyce
       in the County of annarundell and
       adjoyning unto the plantacon of y.e s.d
       Lewis Duvall Begining at
       a bounded white oake standing on
       a point by the side of a meaddow Called
       the Cattaile M'addow known by y.e Name
       of y.e heading tree poynt and from thence
       runing East South East one hundred
       & seventy six per to a bounded hiccory
       thence north East & by East two
       hund.d & forty per to a bounded red
       oake where formerly stood a hiccory
       that was bounded, and from thence
       to y.e first bounded tree Containing
       & by Eastemation one hund.d & forty
