(101) This Indenture made the sixth day of aprill in the yeare of our Lord one Thousand seaven hundred Betweene James murra of Baltemore County in the province of Maryland planter planter of the one p.t and Tho Bale of the the County of annar.ll in the province aforesaid March 1 of the other p.t witnesseth that whereas the Right hon.ble Charles Lord Barron of Baltemore absolute Lord and prop.ry of the province of maryland and avallon Ex.r by his Letters patents bareing date the Tenth Day of november one thousand six hundred ninty five did Grant unto the said James Murra a Certaine tract of Land Called athell lying in Baltemore County on the north side of patapscoe River and on a Ridge Called hunting Ridge Surveyed for Six hundred and Seventeen acres relation beeing had unto the Pattin doth more att large appeare Now therefore these presents Wittnesseth that hee the said James Murray for & in Consideration of the full and Just Sume of fifty pounds good Lawfull mony of England to him the said James Murray in hand well and truely paide by the said Tho Beale att and before the Insealing and Delivery hereof the recep.t whereof he the said James Murray douth hereby acknowledge and that w.ch to be fully Contented sattisfied and paid and thereof and every p.t and |
