       Samuell and therewith hold
       himself fully satisfied Hath
       bargained sold Aleined Enfeoffed
       & confirmed as by these presents
       he doth for him his heires Executors &
       administrators bargain, sell
       aliene, Enfeoffe, & Confirme,
       unto him the said Samuell his heirs
       and assignes forever all that tract
       or parcell of Land Called Jobs
       Addicon lying in the County of
       Baltemore at the head of Potapsco
       River in y.e woods Begining at a bounded
       Red oake being a bound tree
       of one Evans's Land Called friends
       Discovery & runing w.th the said
       Land east one hundred & twenty
       perches to a branch thence south
       three hundred and Twenty p.s then
       west one hundred & twenty perch.s
       then w.th a direct line to y.e first
       bound red oake Cont.a two hund.d
       twenty & five acres of land more
       or Less together w.th all houses out
       houses, Edifices, buildings, brans,
