82 James Stavely doe hereby acknowledge and themselves therewith fully satisfyed And thereof and every part thereof doe clearely acquitt and discharge the said Edward Inglish his heirs Ex.rs & Administrators and every of them for ever by these presents Have given granted aliened bargained sold infeoffed & Confirmed and by these presents doe fully Cleerely & Absolutely give grant alien bargain sell infeoffe & Confirme unto the said Edward Inglish his heirs and assignes for ever two hundred and fifty acres of Land being parte of three hundred acres of that parcell of Land lyeing on the East side of Chessepiake bay neer to the Land of William Toulson Beginning att a marked Locust tree standing by a marsh pond by the bay side Running south down the bay for breadth one hundred and fifty perches to a marked Oake bounding on the south with a line drawn East from the said Oake for length three hundred and Twenty perches on the East by a lyne Drawn North from the end of the East lyne for bredth one hundred and fifty perches on the North by a line drawn West from the end of the North lyne lyne unto the first marked Locust on the West by the said Bay Containing and layd out for three hundred acres more or lesse Called Sutton Underhill And all & all manner of houses Edifices buildings tree wayes passages woods underwoods pastures feedings Commons Common of pasture waters ditches fishings fences rents easments Profitts Commodities hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said two hundred & fifty Acres of Land Belonging or in any wise appertayning or accepted refused reputed taken demised used Occupied or enjoyed as part parcell or member thereof or any parte thereof and the Reversion & Reversions remainder & Remainders rents Issues and profitts whatsoever of all & singular the aforementioned two hundred and fifty Acres of Land houses Edifices & buildings to bee hereby granted premisses with the appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof and alsoe all the Estate and Estates right title Interest use possession rent property inheritance Clayme and Demand whatsoever of them the said Henry Stockett and James Stavely of in or to the aforementioned to bee hereby bargained premisses with th'appurtenances or any part thereof Together with all deeds writeings Evidences Chirographies of fynes Exemplifications of recoveries Escripts & minuments whatsoever touching or Concerning the said Premisses or any part or parcell thereof To have and to hold the said two hundred and fifty acres of Land houses Edifices buildings and all and singular other the premisses before menconed or intended to be hereby given granted bargained and sold with their and every of their appurtenances and every parte & parcell thereof unto the said Edward English his heirs and assignes for ever to and for the onely propper use and behoofe of him the said Edward Inglish his heirs and assignes for ever And the said Henry Stockett and James Stavely for themselves and either of them ^their^ & either of their heyrs doe Covenant & promise to and with the said Edward Inglish his heyrs and assignes by these presents that they the said Henry Stockett and James Stavely and either of them their & either of their heirs all and singular the aforementioned to bee hereby bargained premises with th'appurtenenaces and every part and parcell thereof unto the said Edward Inglish his heirs and assignes for ever to & for his and their owne propper use and behoofe as aforesaid from and against them the said Henry Stockett and James Stavely and either of them their & either of their heirs and assignes and from and against the heirs and assignes of the said Nathaniell Styles and either of them and against all and every other person and persons Lawfully Claymeing or to Clayme by from or under them the said Henry Stockett and James Stavely and the said Nathaniell Styles or any of them or any of their act or Estate shall and will Warrant and for ever defend by these presents And alsoe the said Henry Stockett and James Stavely for themselves and either of them their & either of their heirs Executo.rs & Adm.rs Doe Covenant promise & grant to and with the Said Edward Inglishe his heirs and assignes by these presents in manner & forme following that is to say that they the said Henry Stockett and James Stavely the day of the date hereof and att the ensealing and delivery of these presents are and stand and soe untill the first Execution of an Estate of and in all and singular the said two hundred and fifty acres of Land and premisses unto the said Edward Inglishe and his heirs according to the intent and true meaning of these presents shall stand And |
