       To all to whome these p.rsents shall Come Wee S.t John Fleet Knight
       Lord Mayor and the Aldermen of the City of London send Greeting Know
       Yee that on the Day of the Date hereof in their Maj.ties Court holden
       before us in the Chamber of the Guild hall of the s.d Citty p.rsonally
       Came and appeared Henry Faucon of London Scrivener Aged Fifty
       five years or thereabouts Being A p.rson Well Known And Worthy of
       Good Creditt And Did by Solemn Oath Which hee Tooke upon the
       Holy Evangilists of Allmighty God before us then & there solemn by
       Declare Testifie and Depose to be true that This ^the^ Depon.t was p.rsent
       And Did see Elizabeth Carter by the Name of Eliz.a Carter of London
       Widdow To Edward Carter late of Virginia in America Esq.r Deceased
       seale And as her Act and Deed Delivered to the use of Richard Bennett of
       Wey River in Talbot County in Maryland planter the Orriginall Deed or
       indenture in Parliment Now produced and showne unto him this
       Deponant fair and uncancelled Beareing Date with these p.rsents
       Wherein the said Eliz.a Carter Doth sell and Confirme unto the said
       Richard Bennet his heirs and Assignes for Ever A Certaine Manner
       Called by the Name of Worton Mannor in Maryland Together with all &
       singular the Rights Members and appurtenances thereunto Belonging
       as in And by the said Deed or indenture of Bargaine and sale Relacon
       being thereunto had More fully and at Large appeare And this
       Deponant as A Wittness to the sealeing Delivering of the said Deed
       did sett and subscribe his Name one the Back side of the said Deed
       As thereby may appeare And this Deponant Alsoe saith that he Did see
       the p.rsent Lord Mayor (S.t John Fleet) signe or subscribe his Name to
       the Memorandom Endorsed on the said Deed In Faith and Testimony
       whereof wee the said Lord Mayor and Aldermen have Caused the seale
       of the Office of Maioralty of the said Citty of London to be hereunto putt
       and Affixed And the said Orriginall Deed to be hereunto putt and
