737) 747 Whereof he dyed possessed for the which payment of such Debts as were Oweing from him the said Vincent at the time of his death and for and in the Consideracon of the neate quantity of thirty thousand twenty thousand one hundred seaventy and nine pounds of tobacco died by a penall bond for double the sale [illegible] from the said Vincent beareing date the sixth day of Aprill Anno Dm one thousand six hundred Eighty and six and payable the tenth day of October then next Followeing unto William Burges late of the said County of Ann Arrundell Merchant deceased with whose widow the said Mordicai Moore has intermarried as alsoe for and in Consideracon that it appears to the said James Murphy and Mich.ll Turbutt by a Letter under the hand of the said Vincent in his life time directed to the said Mordicai Moore that he the said Vincent for satisfaccon and payment of the said debt was willing and profered to make over unto the said Mordicai a good firme and indefeaseable Estate in fee simple in and to one thousand Acres of Land to be taken out of Either A Certaine Tract of Land Called the Ladys delight Contayning Three thousand acres or a Certaine Tract belonging to the said Vincent at the Choice and Election of the said Mordecai they the said James Murphy and Michaell Turbutt as Esq.rs as aforesaid Have granted bargained sould aliened infeoffed and Confirmed and by these p.rsents doe grant bargaine sell alien enfeoff and Confirme unto him the said Mordicia Moore all that tract or parcell of land part of the said Tract Called Timber Ridge Begining at the end of a Line of thirty p.rches drawn south west and by west from a White Oake being the first bound Tree of the said Tract and the sd Line runing upon the first line of the same and being the line of a Tract of one thousand acres surveyed for and sould to Coll Henry Darnall out of the said Tract then runing with the line of the said Land of Coll Darnalls south Fifteen degrees westerly three hundred and forty p.rches then with A Nother line of the said Land of Coll Darnalls south Forty foure degrees Easterly Foure hundred and ten p.rches till it meet with the North East and by East line of Maine Tract then South West and by west with the said line foure hundred and Tenn p.rches to another line thereof then Northwest and by north with another line of the Maine Tract two hundred and seaventy p.rches then with a straight Lyne to the first begining Contayning and surveyed out of the said Maine Tract for one thousand Acres of Land together with all & singular it Rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaineing to have and to hold the s.d Thousand Acres with all and singular the p.rmisses unto him the sd Mordicai Moore his heirs and assignes for ever to the onely proper use and behoofe of him the said Mordecai his heirs and assignes and to no other use intent nor purpose whatsoever And y.e said James Murphy and Mich.ll Turbutt as Ex.rs as aforesaid doe Covenant promiss and agree to & with the said Mordecai Moore & his heirs that they the s.d James and Mich.ll by vertue of y.e power and Trust reposed in them by the s.d Coll Vincent Lowe in and by the said Last will and Testement shall and will doe and suffer to be done from time to time and at all times hereafter at the Costs and Charges in the Law of y.e s.d Merdecia or of his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs or his or their Councill Learned in the Law for the further assurance & sure makeing of the p.rmisses and every part & p.rll thereof unto the said Mordicia his heirs and assignes for ever soe farr forth as they the said James & Michaell by vertue of the sd last will and testement of the sd Vincent are impowered & Capable to doe In Wittness whereof the said James Murphy & Mich.ll Turbutt have here
