       Warrant and for Ever defend by these presents And the said Edward
       Greenhalgh for him his heirs heirs Executors and Administrators
       and for the said Elizabeth his wife doth Covenant grant and agree
       to and with the said James Pattison his heirs and Assignes in manner
       and forme following (that is to say) That the said Edward Greenhalgh and
       Elizabeth his wife or one of them now are be and stand or standeth
       rightfully and indefeizably seized of and in the said Land and p.rmisses
       hereby bargained and sold or ment or intended to be bargained and sold with the
       appurtenances of a good sure perfect and Lawfull and absolute estate of
       Inheritance in Fee simple without any manner of restraint matter or
       thing to alter charge change determine or make voyd the same and that they
       or one of them have or hath in him her or themselves good right full
       power and absolute authority to graunt and Convey the said bargained
       p.rmisses to the said James Pattison his heirs and assignes in manner and forme
       as aforesaid And also that the said Plantation and premisses (except before
       excepted) now are and bee and so from henceforth shall be remaine Continue
       and endure unto the said James Pattison his heires and Assignes Free and
       clear and Freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged or
       otherwise well and sufficiently saved kept harmless and indempnified of
       and from all and all manner of former and other guifts graunts bargaines
       sales Leases mortgages jointures dowers and titles of dower wills uses
       entailes titles troubles charges and incumbrances whatsoever had made comitted
       or done by the said Edward Greenhalgh |and Elizabeth his wife and all other
       person any Estate having or Lawfully clayming| or any clayming or to
       clayme by from or under him The quit rent from henceforth to become due
       only excepted And moreover That they the said Edward Greenhalgh and
       Elizabeth his wife and all other psons any estate having or Lawfully clayming
       or to clayme by from or under him or either of them shall and will at all times
       hereafter upon the reasonable request and at the Costs and charges of the
       said James Pattison and Anthony Lambrechy and of the heirs and assignes
       of the said James Doe make acknowledge levy suffer and Execute or procure
       to be made done suffered executed all and every such further and other Lawfull
       and reasonable Act and Acts conveyances and assureances in the Law whatsoever
       for the further and better conveying and assuring the said tract of Land plantation
       and p.rmisses (except before excepted) unto the said James Pattison and his heirs
       Be it fine recovery Deed or deeds or by any other Lawfull and reasonably ways
       or meanes whatsoever As by Councell Learned in the Law shall be reasonably
       devised or advised and required all which assureances shall be and inure and shall
       be deemed adjudged construed and taken to be and inure To the onely proper
       use and behoofe of the said James Pattison his heires and assignes for ever
       and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witnes whereof the
       parties aforesaid to these Indentures interchangeably have putt their hands &
       seales the day and year first above written

       before us underwritten two of their Maj.ties Justices of the Provintiall Court and the said Eliz.a being by
       (acording to Act Assembly) solely and secretly examined declared she did the same of her owne voluntary
