588 (578 from all Manner of claim or claimes of any p.rson or p.rsons Whatsoever By the said George Thompson his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs and of and from all Manner of former and other Gifts Grants bargains sailes Leases Mortgages Jointures Dowers Title of Dowers Statute Marchant and Staple Recognisance Extents Judgments Executions uses Entailes Rents Arrearages of Rents forfeitures fines issues and Amerciaments and if and from all and singular other titles troubles charges Demands and Incumbrances Whatsoever had made Comitted suffered obmitted or done by the said George Thompson his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or any other p.rson or p.rsons Whatsoever And the said George Thompson his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and assignes and every of them and every other p.rson or p.rsons W^h^atsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of them Shall & Will Warrant & for Ever Defend the before Mentioned p.rmisses unto the said Barnaby Ancketill his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes for ever according to the true intent & plain Meaning of the before Mentioned p.rmisses to all intents & purposes Whatsoever In Witness Whereof the before Mentioned parties to these p.rsent Indenture have hereunto sett their hands and fixed their seales the day & year above specified his marke Signed Sealed & Delivered Barnaby B A Ancketill (sealed) in p.rsence of us Charles Bonnick George Thompson (sealed) Septemb.r 28.th 1692 Thomas O Pierce Came the said Barnaby Ancketill into Open Court and Acknowledged his marke the s.d Deed to the s.d George Thompson according to act of Assembly Samuell H Wickham in such case made & provided his marke W Taylard clk Prov Co.r Recorded 8.th October 1692 This Indenture made this twenty Second day of Aprill in the fourth yeare of our soveraign Lord & Lady King William & Queen Mary & in the yeare of our Lord 1692 Between Mottrom Wright of the County of Lancaster Gent of the one part and Edward Chilton of the County of Charles Citty Gent of the other part Witnesseth That the Said Mottrom Wright for & in Consideration of the sume of Two hundred pounds sterling Money of England to him in hand at & before the sealing & delivery of these presents by the s.d Edward Chilton well & truely paid the receipt whereof he the said Mottrom Wright doth hereby acknowledge & himself therewith fully Satisfied & paid the receipt whereof & thereof & of Every part thereof doth cleerly acquit exonorate & discharge the said Edward Chilton his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs for Ever by these p.rsents hath given granted aliened bargained sold enfeoffed & confirmed and by these p.rsents Doth fully cleerly & absolutely give grant bargaine sell alien Enfeoffet & Confirme unto the said Edward Chilton his heires & Assignes for Ever all that Tract & parcell of Land Called Bolton Lyeing in the East side of Chesepeak Bay on the North side of a River in the said Bay called Elke River the Land called Turkey point Begining at a Marked oake by a Marsh side Near along sandy point runing for breadth downe the River Two hundred & Ninety perches & by the Bay Side Two hundred p.rches Bounding on the East by a line drawn North & by east from the said oake for Length Three hundred & twenty p.rches on the North by a line drawne West southwest from the end of the North line into the said Bay on the West with the said Bay on the south with the said River containing |
