575) 585 Satisfied contented & paid and doth hereby fully Cleerly & Absolutely Acquit Discharge Exonorate and Releas the said Barnabie Ancketill his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes for Ever and by these presents hath Given Granted Aliened Bargained Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto the said Barnabie Ancketill his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes for Ever from him the said George Thompson his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes for Ever All That p.rcell of Land called Barnabies Exchange Lying situating and being in S.t Maries County in S.t Maries hundred being part of the Land or Massom and the Land thereunto adjoining Now in the p.rper tenure Pocession & Occupation of the said George Thompson Begining at a Pokikory Marked on he West side thereof with five Notches in the forme of a Crose and standing in a Valley Called Barnabies Valley and Runing from the said Pokikory Dew West for bredth the Length of one hundred and and Eighty p.rches to a white oake Marked Likewise with five Notches in the forme of a Crose thence Runing with the New Road and along the said Road for the Length of Two hundred & forty p.rches to another oake Marked as aforesaid with five Notches in the forme of a Crosse on the East side of the said oake Then Runing Easterly unto another Marked White Oake Marked with a Cross with the afsd five Notches standing in Massons Easterly line and on the Edge of the high Grounds then Runing with the Edge of the high Ground on the top of the hill to the first bound tree Containing and Now Laid out for two hundred & fifty Acres of Land bee the same More or Less (To bee holden of the said Thompsons land Called Massom hee the said Barnabie Ancketill his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes ^paying thereof yearly at or upon the Tenth day of November unto the said George Thompson his Ex.rs & Adm.rs^ of the sayd Land called Massom the full & Just sume of Tenn shillings sterling Mony with all and Singular the Rights Jurisdictions and appurtenances Togeather with all Medows feedings Pastures Woods underwoods profitts Comodities Common of Pasture hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the saide Messuge tenem.t or p.rmisses or to any part or p.rcell thereof Belonging or in any Manner of ways appertaining To have & to hold the said p.rcell of Land and all and singular the p.rmisses hereby Granted bargained and sould with their & Every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances Whatsoever unto the said Barnabie Ancketill his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes and to his and their use and behoofe for Ever and that the said Barnabie Ancketill his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes and Every of them shall & May by force & Vertue of this Presents from time to time and at all times for Ever hereafter Lawfully peceably and Quietly have hold use occupie Pocesse and Enjoy the said p.rcell of Land and all and Singular the before Granted p.rmisses with theire & every of their Rights Members & appurtenances and have Receive & take the issues & profitts thereof to his and their owne p.rper use and behoofe for ever without any Lawfull lett suite trouble deniall interruption Eviction or disturbance of the said George Thompson his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or of or by any other p.rson or p.rsons Whatsoever Lawfully claiming by from or under him them or any of them or any of them or by his or theire Meanes Act consent title interest p.rpertie or procurement and freely & cleerly Acquited Exonorated and Discharged and from time to time well and sufficiently saved and keepe harmles from all Manner of claim or |
