471) 481 Inventary or acco.t of the servants & stock of M.r Robert Burman on his plantacons menconed in the Deed annext viz.t One man named Robert Underwood one man named John Blundell one boy names Stephen Wells about y.e age of 17 yeares one Negroe Woeman named Joan about Thirty head of Hogs Eight head of Cattle Bulls Cowes & Steers & Three Horses Sealed and Delivered On the back side of the aforesaid Robert Burman (sealed in the presence of recited Deed was Endorsed as foll May y.e 5.th 1688 John Cary Henry Dryden In Came Robert Burman and acknowledged the within Deed Nathaniel Palmer to be this Act & Deed And the Land within menconed to be the right Robert Dorne of the within named James Dryden before us John Browne Henry Darnall Recor July y.e 12.th 1688 Nicholas Sewall This Indenture made the seve^e^ntenth day of November in the third yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord James the second by the grace of God of England Scottland France and Ireland King defender of the faith &c And in the yeare of Lord God one thousand six hundred eighty & seaven Betweene William ô Donell of Letter mullan in the County of Gallwaÿ and Kingdome of Ireland gent sale Brother & heire of Morris ô Donell of Cacil County in the other part Wittnesseth that the said ô Donell for and in consideracon of the sum of six Pounds tenn shillings sterl to him in hand paid before the sealeing and deliverie of these presents by the said Christopher Mason the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof doth acquitt and discharge the said Christopher his Heires Executors & Admi.rs Hath given granted bargained sold Enfeoffed released and confirmed And by these p.rsents he the said William ô Donnel doth give grant bargaine enfeoffe release &c Confirme unto the said Christopher Mason in his actuall possession now being by vertue of a bargaine & sale thereof to him made by the said William ô Donell for one whole yeare by Deed bearing date the day before the date of these presents All that & those the severall houses Lands tenements & herediitam.ts and plantacons in the Province of Maryland enjoyed or purchased by the sd Morris ô Donell containeing three hundred Acres profittable Land plantacon measure bee the same more or lesse as alsoe three hundred & seaventie Acres in the Territory of Pensalvenia purchased by the said Morris To Have and to hold unto the said Christopher Mason his heires and assignes for ever the said severall Land in Maryland & Pensalvenia to the sole and onely use benefitt and behoofe of the said Christopher and his assignes for ever And the said William ô Donell doth for himselfe his heires Executors Administrators & Assignes Covenant promise grant & agree to & with the said Christopher Mason his heires and assignes that hee the said William is sole brother & heire of the said Morris ô Donell And that hee the said William ô Donell and all psons deriveing from and under the said Morris shall & will from tyme to tyme and at all tymes hereafter doe make suffer & Execute or cause or suffer to be made done & Executed unto the said Christopher Mason his heires & assignes such & soe many further & other assureance & assureances Conveyance & Conveyances of the premisses be the same by any one or more fine or fines Comon recoverie or recoveries or by any other matter of fact or record or both us by the said Christopher Mason his heires or assignes |
