476 (466 Adminstrators and Assignes for ever from him the said Charles Lane his heirs Exe.rs Admin.rs & Assignes for ever All that Parcell of Land lying situating and being in S.t Maries hundred in S.t Maries County and Comonly knowne & called by the name of Rownton Raymore Begining at a bounded oake in y.e Lyne of M.r George Thompsons Land called Chelsey & binding upon y.e said land west and bee south one hundred & twenty pe^r^ches to ^a^ bounded white oake of y.e said Thompsons land upon a hill thence south west & bee south one hundred perches to a bounded Red oake thence south East & bee east one hundred & twenty perches to ^a^ bounded white oake neare Matapani Path thence with a strait line to y.e first bound tree containing & now layd out for one hundred acres more or less to be holden of the Manner of west S.t Maries in the Province of Maryland with all & singular its Rights Jurisdiccons & Appurtenances together with all houses Edifices buildings barnes stables hoge and tobacco houses orchard Gardins Yards Lands tenem.ts Medows feedings pastures woods Underwoods Profitts Comodityes Common of pastures hereditam.ts & Appurtenances whatsoever to y.e said Messuage tenem.t or Premisses or to any part or parcell of them belonging or in any manner of wayes Appertaining to have & to hold the said Parcell of Land and all and singular y.e Premisses hereby granted bargained & sould with their & every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances whatsoever unto the said John Rively his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes for ever & to the onely use and behoofe of y.e said John Rively his heirs Ex.rs Administrato.rs and assignes for ever and the said Charles Land for himself his Heirs Executo.rs Admi.rs and Assignes for ever doth hereby promise assure affirme Covenant grant & agree to & with y.e said John Rively his hieirs Ex.rs Admd.rs & Assignes at y.e time of y.e signing sealing & delivering of these presents that y.e said Land & p.rmisses A good puer perfect estate of Inheritance in fee simple is without any Condicon revercon Remainder or Limitation of any use or uses estate or estates in or to any pson or psons w.tsoever to alter change defeate determine or make void y.e same And that y.e said Charles Lane at the time of y.e signing sealing & delivering hereof a lawfull authority to give grant bargaine sell Alien enfeoffe & convey all & singular y.e before granted Premisses with their & every of their Rights Jurisdiccons & & Appurtenances unto y.e said John Rively his his heirs Ex.rs Admi.rs & Assignes in manner and forme afores.d ^had^ & that y.e said John Rively his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes & every of them shall & may by force & vertue of these psents from time to time & at all times for ever hereafter lawfully peaceably and quietly have hold use occupie posess and Enjoy y.e said pcell of land & all & singular the before granted pmisses w.th their & every of their rights members & Appurtenances and have receave and take the issues & profits thereof to his and their owne proper use and behoofe for ever without any lawfull let suit or trouble deniall Interruption Eviccon or disturbance of the said Charles lane his heirs Executo.rs Admi.rs or Assignes or of or by any other pson or psons w.tsoever lawfully Claiming by from or under him or them them or any of them or by his or their meanes Act consent title Interest privitie or procurem.t & freely and clearly acquitted exonerated & discharged & from time to time well and sufficiently saved and kept harmless by the s.d Charles Lane his heirs Execu.rs & Admi.rs of and from all manner of formes & other guifts grants bargains sailes leases Morgages Jointures dowers title of Dowers statute Merchant and staple Recognizance Extents Judgm.ts Executions uses entails Rents Areareages of rents forfeitures Fines issues and Amercements & of & from all & singular other titles troubles Charges demands and Incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted suffered Omitted or done by the said Charles Lane his heirs Executo.rs Admi.rs or assignes or by any other pson or psons whatsoever lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of them or by his or their Act Consent privitie or Procurement Hee the said John Rively his heirs Ex.rs Administrators and assignes Paying the Right Hon.ble Lord Baron of Baltemore yearly rent from time to time for ever hereafter for y.e same |
