       Witnesses Hereafter Named Personally Appeared the worshipfull John Jeffries Esq.r and Jeffrey Jeffries
       Merchants who have made ordained Constituted deputed and Appointed as by these p.rsents in their
       Heads and Places they doe make ordaine Constitute depute and appoint Giles Blizard and Thomas
       Tench of the province of Maryland M.rchants joyntly or severally their true and Lawfull Attorney
       and Attorneys Giveing by these presents Granting unto their said Attorneys or Either of them full
       Power and Lawfull Authority for them Constituants and in their Names and to their uses to aske
       Demand sue for Leavy Recover and Receive of any person or persons whatsoever their Debtors in
       the said Province of Maryland or of their severall Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs goods & Estate whatsoever
       hee they every or any of them are or shall be found all such sume & sumes of Money Tobaccoes
       goods wares Merchandizes Effects and other thing or things whatsoever which any person or
       persons in Maryland aforesaid now is or are at any time hereafter shall or may be oweing &
       Indebted or have in or under his or their Hands Custody or Possession due belonging or appurtaining
       unto the said Constituants or Either of them whither it be by Bond Bill Book Accompt Consigne.mt
       proceed of goods or otherwise for what Cause or Reason soever with any of the Debtors or
       other person or persons whome it may Concern to Reckon adjust and ballance accompts
       Compound Conclude Agree & determine any difference upon Recoverie and Receipt to give
       Acquittances Releases and discharges in due forme and if need be to appear And the persons of
       the said Constituants to Represent in any Court or Courts and before all Lords Judges & Justices
       there to Answer defend and Reply in all matters Causes touching or concerning the p.rmisses
       to doe say pursue Implead arrest seize sequest.r attach Imprison and to Condemn and out of
       Prison again to deliver & Generally to use all Lawfull wayes and means for the Recoverie
       thereof Either by Courts of Law or otherwise as fully amply to all intents & Purposes as they
       Constituents themselves might or could doe if personally present with Power to substitute one or
       more attorneys under them or Either of them & the same againe to Revoake They Constituants
       promiseing to hold for forme & valid all & whatsoever the said attorneys or Either of them or Either of
       their substitutes shall Lawfully doe or Cause to be done in & about the premisses by virtue of
       these presents In wittness whereof they have hereunto put their Hands & seales the Day & year
       first above wrtten

       This Indenture made the three and Twentith daÿ of September in the twelveth year of y.e Dominion
       of Charles absolute Lord and proprietarie of y.e Province of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baltemore
       Annoq Dom 1687 Between Charles Calvert of S.t Maries County in the Province of Maryland Gent Eldest
       sonne and Heir of William Calvert late of the said County Esq who dyed Intestate of y.e one Part and
       Henry Darnell of S.t Maries County Esq of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Charles Calvert for &
       in Consideration of the good will Love and affection which the said Charles beareth towards Richard
       Calvert his Brother fourth sonne of the said William Calvert and for his further Advancement
       Livelyhood and Mayntenance and for divers other Considerations him thereunto Especially moveing
       Hath given granted Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth give grant Enfeoffe
