441) 451 Consideration herein Mentioned Grannt unto the afforesaid Joseph Bridger all that parcell of Land Called Bridgers Lott Lying in Somersett Countÿ aforesaid & bounded as Followeth Begining at a Marked White oake standing on a point of Land Called tradeing point thence with a line Drawne North East for brith up the river of Monoakin three hundred Perches to a marked hickorÿ standing on a high banke one the south west of a branch Called Kings brance thence with a Line drawne East for Lenth in to the woods five hundred thirty three Perches and one third part of a perche to a Marked pine standing in a Valleÿ & from thence with a line drawne west one hundred and Eightÿ perches to a marked red oake in a swamp thence w.th a line drawne south west three hundred perches to a Marked pine standing in a valleÿ & from thence with a Line Drawne West one hundred & Eightÿ perches to a marked red oake standing on the North side of a branch Neare the head by a horse bridge in the Road to a River Called Wiccocomoco thence with a Line drawne West south west seaventy five poles to a Marked Gum standing in a smal Marsh by a branch and from thence with a Line drawne West sixty Perches to a Marked White oake thence w.th a Line drawne West & by North Fiftÿ Eight perches to a Marked oake standing opposite to the Landing off Henrÿ Smith thence w.th a Line drawne west south west Ninety perches To a Marked pine thence w.th a Line drawne North west & by North thirty two Perches to a marked red oake thence w.th a Line drawne North west & by west fourtÿ perches to a Marked White oake standing on the Edge of a banke Bÿ trading branch Neare the Mouth thence w.th a right Line drawne To the first bounder containing one thousand & one hundred acres More or Lesse together w.th all Rights proffits priviledges & benefitts hereunto belonging Roÿall Mines Excepted to have and to hold the same unto him y.e said Joseph Bridger his heires & assignes for Ever under such Rents Covenants Limitations & Exceptions as in & by y.e said Deed of Grannt Recourse being thereunto More fully & more att Large it maÿ and Doth appeare Now this Indenture further witnesseth that the above Named Joseph Bredger and Hester his wife for and in consideration off fouer score Pounpds of Currand Monÿ of England to them in hand paid before the Ensealing & deliverÿ of these p.rsents by the above said Thomas Jones Whereof & wherewith the said Joseph Bridger & Hester his wife Doth acknowledge themselfes fully ^&^ Wholy satisfyed & paid & doth of & for Everÿ Part & parcell thereof acquitt & discharge the said Thomas Jones his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs by these p.rsents have give granted bargained sold Enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these presents doth freelÿ & absolutelÿ give grannt A Licarate bargain sell Enfeoffe & Confirme unto the above Mentioned Thomas Jones & to his heires & assignes for Ever all that the aforesaid Parcell of Land Called Bridgers Lott soe grannted as aforesaid With all the Rights Proffits priviledges pattents writeings Comodities |
