43 Aprill 20.th 1677 Ordered by the Court that warrant of Resurvey issue according to the aforegoing Peticon of John Wood Aprill 17.th 1677 Thomas Cleggatt & Mary his wife the Relict of Richard Hooper deceased came into Court & were admitted to prosecute in all causes on the behalfe & as Guardians of Sarah Hooper & Ellinor Hooper Daughters & Coheyres of the aforesaid Richard Hooper deceased M.r Robert Ridgely S.r I have received full satisfaction of W.m Dare Admest.r of John Parker & his Attorney for the Judgement obtained against the said Dare in the Provinciall Court the 12.th day of Aprill 1676 And also for all other charges whatsoever awarded by the Judge for probate of Wills & granting Administracon which I would desire you to acknowledge on Record in full of all demands & for so doeing this shall be yo.r sufficient warrant wittnes my hand this 21.th day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord 1677 & in the second yeare of the Dominion of the R.t Hon.ble Charles Lord Baltemore Test Tho Pattison W.m Stevens W.m King Aprill 21.th 1677 Then Robert Ridgely acknowledged satisfacon in open Court upon the abovesaid Judgement obtained by W.m King against W.m Dare Admest.r of John Parker April 26.th 1677 Upon the peticon of Clement Hill late High Sheriffe of S.t Maryes County that he stand amercied in this Court for not haveing the bodys of Edward Morgan & Richard Ocaine att this Court they being arrested att the suite of Cap.t Slye & Abraham Combes that the said Suites are agreed & the partyes indempnified & humbly prayes remission of the Amerciam.ts Ordered by the Court here that the said Amerciam.ts be remitted April 28.th 1677 Upon the peticon of Henry Mitchell that he was sumoned to attend her this Court by Patrick Sullivant Admest.r John Nevill to testifie against John Desiardius and prayeth Order of this Court for his comeing goeing & attendance in all sixteen dayes Ordered by the Court that the abovesaid Patrick Sullivant pay to the said Henry Mitchell for his comeing going & attendance att this Court to give in his Evidence against John Desiardius the sume of foure hundred & Eighty pounds of tobacco Aprill 21.th 1677 Upon the Peticon of Thomas Taillor of Dorchister County that att a Provinciall Court held in Novemb.r 1675 his Lordpp the Lord Prop.ry did comence an Accon against him for foure thousand pounds of tobacco that the tobacco is since paid as p receipt may appeare yet the Accon remaines still continued upon the docquett which he prayes may be withdrawn Ordered by the Court that the abovesaid Accon be discontinued April 28.th 1677 Upon the Peticon of John Darby that he was sumoned to attend here this Court by James Ringold to testifie ag.t John Wells & prayeth Order of this Court for his comeing goeing & attendance in all nineteen dayes Ordered by the Court that the abovesaid James Ringold pay to the said John Darby for his comeing goeing & attendance att this Court to give in his Evidence ag.t John Wells the sume of five hundred & seventy pounds of tobacco Aprill 23.th 1677 Upon the peticon of Richard Craford that att his Arrivall into this Province he was sold to Walter Waltering for foure yeares & after the death of the said Waterling became servant to John Barnes whom he served two yeares over & above the foure yeares for runing away And that the said Barnes both sold him to Daniel Hocker for two yeares yett to come & desires order for his freedome In y.e Judgement of the Court that the said Richard Craford is not free |
