429 (420 Execut.rs administrat.rs & assignes & by these presents doe assigne & set over to the said Robert his Execut.rs adminst.rs & assignes as well the said Judgem and Recognizance and Every sume or sumes of Monÿ & tobacco therein Menconed and the Costs and Charges off suite and also all benefitt and advantage w.ch shall or maÿ bee had obteyned or gotten by reason or Means off the said Judgem & Recognizance sume & sumes off Monÿ & tobacco benefitt & advantages and other the premisses affsd Unto the said Robert Cowell his Execut.rs administ.rs & assignes to his & their prop.r use and Behoofe till his debt off six thousand seaven hundred fourty & Nine pounds off tobacco afsd and all such sume or sumes off tobacco as hee shall resonably & necessarily Expend & Laÿ out on recoverÿ hereoff bee paid & On & also out off the same mony & tobacco to be recovered to satisfye and paÿ to Phillipp Lynes off S.t Maryes County Gent the sume off six thousand three hundred Eighty & f pounds off tobacco due to the said Phillipp Lÿnes from Mee the said James Mills & till that debt to Lynes also paid To have & to hold the said Judgem & Recognizance in as ample Manner as I the sd James Mills might and could have and the same that these psents had Ever beene made and the said James Mills his Execut.rs and administ.rs shall and will Justifie Justifie all and Every Lawfull act and thing thatt shall bee done on and about the premisses without releasing discharging the same In testimony Whereoff I have hereunto my hand and seale the foure & twentyeth day off July Anno Dm 1686 sealed and delivered in the James Mills presence off sealed W.m Digges Jho Jackson This Indenture made the Eighth daÿ Day off September In the off our Lord one thousand six hundred Eightÿ and five Betweene Philip Willian off S.t Maryes Countÿ planter on the one part and Philip Lynes of S.t Maryes County aforesaid Merchant on the other part Witnesseth That for & in Consideracon off the sume off six thousand pounds off tobacco to the said Philip Willan in hand paid before the Ensealing hereoff by the said Philip Lynes the receipt whereoff the said Pilip Willian doth hereby acknowledge accordingly and himselfe thereoff & therewith fullÿ satisfyed Hee the said Philip Willian hath granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto the said Philip Lynes and his heires all that tract or pcell off Land scituated Lying & being in Charles Countÿ in the said province off Marÿland in the woods about three Mile from the Eastermost branch Nangemÿ or Allan River and about three Mile to the North ward off the Land formerly belonging to George Thompson Gent and about one Mile from the southermost branch off S.t Thomas or Mattowomen Creeke Begining att a Marked oake standing upon the side off a hill opposite to Natuige bounding on the west by a line drawne south for breadth two hundred and fifty perches to a Marked prokikirÿ on the south by a lyne drawne East from the sd prokikirÿ for Lenth fo three hundred and twenty perches to a Marked oake by a swampe on the East by a line drawne North from the said oake untill itt intersect a parrallell from the first marked oake on the hill on the North by the said parralel Conteyning and Layd out for five hundred acres More or Lesse Wich said Land was |
