393 (344 as now are or att any day or dayes time or times hereafter shall be resting and remaining due oweing belonging or apperteyning unto me by any manner of way or meanes whatsoever and more especially to aske demand Leavy recover and require of and from Thomas Taylor in Maryland merchant and of and from the heirs Executors and Adm.rs of the said Taylor a true iust and satasfactory accompt of the sales Charges and neat proceeds of four Negroes shipped Consigned and sent him in the good ship or Vessell called the Jane Friggott whereof William Price was Comander and to receive and take of and from the said Thomas Taylor his Executors and Adm.rs such sume or sumes of money Tobaccoe goods wares or merchandizes as upon adiustment shall appear due to me giveing and by these presents granting unto my said Attorney full power and absolute Authority in and about the premisses to sue pursue arrest att any seize sequester implead imprison and ^Condemn &^ thence and thereof againe to free and acquit and if need be with them or any of them their or either or any of their heirs Executors or Adm.rs to reckon and accompt Compound Contract and agree and of all receipts Recoveries imbursments accompts Compositions and agreements sufficient acquitances Released and Discharges as I constituant might or could doe were I personally present to make passe acknowledge Seale and Deliver alsoe for me to appeare my person to represent in all or any Court or Courts and before all Judges Justices and others as Demandant or Defendant in any suit action or tryall for or concerning the premises alsoe attorney or attorneys one or more att his pleasure to sett substitute and revoke and all and every other act and acts thing and things device and devices in the Law needfull and necessary to doe Execute and performe as fully largly and amply as I Constituant might or could doe were I personally present ratifying allowing and Confirming all and whatsoever my said attorney or his substitutes shall Lawfully doe say or cause to be done said acted and accomplished for and towards prosecution of the premises by vertue of these presents In Testimony whereof I Constituant have hereunto subscribed my name and fixed my seale the twenty Eight day of Aprill in the year of Our Lord God One thousand six hundred Eighty and five and in the first year of the reigne |
