       needfull to compound and agree of the recoveries and receipts compositions
       and agreements to make and give due acquittance and discharge and in
       case of opposition or delay for the said constituant to appeare and his
       person to represent in all Courts and before all Lords ^Judges^ Justices and
       Judges Et littes in amplessima forma contestanÿ cum facultate substuendi
       And generally in and concerning the premises and the dependencies to
       doe say transact and accomplish all and whatsoever the said Constituant
       himselfe might or could doe personally although the matter required
       more speciall authority then herein is comprised The said Constituant
       hereby promiseing to hold and ratifie for good and valid all and
       whatsoever his said Attorneys either or any of them their either or
       any of their substitutes shall Lawfully doe or cause to be done in
       and about the premises by virtue hereof In Witnesse whereof the
       said constituant hath to these presents put his hand and seale
       under the same as and for his Act and Deed hath delivered in
       the presence of me Notary and Phillip Hauthorne and Jerimÿ Jenkins

May the 4.th 1686  Att a Provinciall Court held att S.t Maryes ordered upon a Petition
       of Edmond Dwyer for his charges allowed him inter Peacock & Taylor that
       the same should be paid him by the party that att the decretall determination
       shall be decreed for
