3 Exec.rs & Administ.rs doe Exonerate & discharge by these p.rsents Have Granted Aliened Bargained Sould Enfeoffed & Confirmed And by these p.rsents [illegible] them their [illegible] & Admiest.rs doe fully cleerly & Absolutely Grant Alien Bargain Sell Enfeoffe & Confirm unto the said Robert Ridgely his heyres & Assignes for ever All that tract parcell [illegible] of land comonly called or knowne by the name of Van Sweringens Point & scituate lying & being in the County of S.t Maryes & on the East side of a Creeke issueing out of S.t Innagoes Creeke called S.t Petersley & begining according to its ancient bounds att the Northerne head of the said Petersley & runing North from the said head for the length of One hundred tenn perches bounded on the North by a line drawne East from the end of the North line for the breadth of fifty perches bounded on the East by a line drawne South from the end of the East line to the head of a small branch that falleth into S.t Petersley & the said branch to S.t Petersley bounded on the South by the said S.t Petersley to the abovesaid Northern head & bounded on the West by the said Northerne head & above the said North line Conteyning by estimacon fifty acres or thereabouts Together with all & singular the houses buildings Edifices woods gardens priviledges & appurtenances to the said parcel of land and p.rmisses belonging or in any wise apperteyning with all every the writings Patents [illegible] & minum.ts to the same belonging To have & to hold the same & every part & parcel thereof unto him the said Robert Ridgely his heyres & Assignes for ever To the only proper use & behoofe of him the said Robert Ridgely his heyres & Assignes for ever & to no other [illegible] or purpose whatsoever And the said Garrat & Barbara for themselves their heyres [illegible] & Administ.rs doe Covenant promise grant & agree to & with the said Robert his heyres [illegible] & Administ.rs & Assignes that they the said Garrat & Barbara att the tyme of the [illegible] & delivery of these p.rsents of the said land & p.rmisses & of every part & parcel thereof [illegible] seized of a good sure forme title & Estate of Inheritance free & cleare of all [illegible] whatsoever The Rents & services for the same from the tyme to become due & [illegible] the Lord & Lords of the fee of the p.rmisses only excepted & foreprized And that [illegible] Garrat & Barbara have good right fully power & lawfull authority to Grant [illegible] the same & every part & parcell thereof to him the said Robert Ridgely his heyres or Assignes in manner & forme as in these p.rsents before is Expressed And also that he the said Robert Ridgely his heyres & Assignes the said land & p.rmisses shall & may from henceforth [illegible] ever peaceably & quietly have hold use occupy possesse & Enjoy without the [illegible] or disturbance of them the said Garrat & Barbara their heyres Ex.rs & Admins.rs [illegible] other person whatsoever And the said Garrat & Barbara for themselves [illegible] & Admest.rs doe Covenant Grant & Agree to & with the said Robert his heyres & Assignes these p.rsents That they the said Garrat & Barbara shall att any tyme within [illegible] yeares doe make Execute & Acknowledge or cause to be made done Acknowledge & [illegible] such further Act or Acts thing or things Assurance or Assurances in the Law [illegible] said Robert Ridgely his heyres & Assignes of the p.rmisses as by the said Robert Ridgely [illegible] Assignes or his or their Councell learned in the Law shall be reasonably devise [illegible] or required In witness whereof the partyes first above named have to these p.rsents [illegible] Indentures interchangeably sett to their hands & seales the day & yeare first above written G V Sweringen seal Babe DeBaralle seal On the back side of the aforegoing Deed was written Viz.t [illegible] |
