       By vertue of a writt Directed unto Cap.t Jonathan Sybrey high sheriffe of Cæcill County bearing
       date the second day of December 1680 Wee whose names are hereunto written being sumoned
       by the high sheriffe to give our Attendance this 15.th day of December 1680 being sworne to
       Enquire what goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Thomas King of Cæcill County was posessed
       of when hee was Convicted for Manslaughter and Murder of our servant Viz by name John Winsor
       And haveing made such Inquiry have found as hereunder written Viz

Two hundred Acres of land called by
the name of None soe good in five land
w.th a dwelling house 25 feet long &
Twenty foot wide w.th other small house
apptaining to the dwelling house One
forty foot house two thirty foot houses &
one fifty foot house two thirty foot houses &
one fifty foot house w.th an Orchard belonging
to the said Land

Another Tract of land called by the name
of Kings Delight Containing Fifty acres
of Land

One forty foot house hanging & a halfe a thirty
foot house, a thirty foot house full but one
ground Tire six Roomes belonging to the
Overseer & the Shares and foure Rooms
belonging unto Thomas King of a fifty
Foot house

Thirty five hogsheads of Corne whereof
Laurence Lawrenson is to have a third share
and of the Tobacco before Mentioned Excepting
Foure Roomes in the Fifty foot house

Three new weeding howes Two new Axes three
new hilling howes two Axes and a Fire shovell
& our grubing Howe, Two broad Axes and a
Hatchet three old weeding Howes a Ginblet
One old gunn Lock a Rimlet w.th Powder
4 hhds of Corne unhusked belonging unto Thomas

Ticking a greene Rugg and a grey Rugg, w.th one
speckled blanket, one flock bed and boulster w.th

Francis Mosely declareth that there was fifteene
pewter dishes, one Candlestick; a Flaggon w.ch
are not to bee seene, One brasse Kettle about twelve
gallons, a Iron pott about Six gallons, One
Iron pott about Foure gallows, a Little Iron Ketle
A paire of Tongs, One Hammer Two frying
Panns One Iron pott hanger, One Paire of
small fulliards and Pea, A old Howe, A
old Adz, a paire of Nippers, and an old
smoothing Iron, a Tinn Funnell
