173 (164 mentioned to bee hereby Given granted Alienated and Confirmed to the said Thomas Taylor the heires and assignes To and for the onely prop use and behoofe of the said Solomon Thomas his heires and Assignes for ever and to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever as in and by the said Last Indenture of bargaine and sale Relacon being thereunto had it doth and may more att Large appeare Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said Solomon Thomas for and in Consideracon of the full sume and Just quantity of Thirty thousand pounds of good sound and every way well Conditioned Marchantable Tobacco and Caske to Containe the same to him in hand paid by the said Robert Skinner att or before then sealing and delivery of these presents The Receipt whereof the said Solomon Thomas doth hereby Acknowledge and himselfe thereof Fully Contented satisfied and paid and thereof and of every part thereof doth hereby Acquitt Exonerate and Discharge the said Robert Skinner his heires Executo.rs and Adm.rs and Every of them by these presents Hath Given granted Aliened bargained sold enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these p.rsents doth fully Clearely and Absolutely Give grant Alien bargaine sell enfeoffe and Confirme unto the said Robert Skinner his heires and Assignes for ever All that the above menconed Tract parcell or Divident of Land aforesaid Called Island Neck scituate Lyeing and being in his Lopps County of Calvert aforesaid and begining at a marked oake standing by a Marsh neare the head of a Creeke Called Island Creeke on the west side thereof and runing Downe the Creeke into the said River for length six hundred eighty and Five perches bounding on the south with the said River for Length Fifty perches to a Creeke Called back Creeke on the west with the sd Creek for the Length of Foure hundred and five perches to a marked beech tree And w.th a Line Drawne north and by east from the said beech for the Length of two hundred and seaventy perches to a marked oake On the north with a Line Drawne east from the said oake into the said Island Creeke on the east with the said Creek Containing six hundred Acres bee same more or lesse and all messuages Tenements Dwelling house Yards Barnes stables Outhouses Eddifices buildings Tobacco houses backsides gardens and orchards with theire and Every of theire appurtenances Together with all Rights proffitts and benifitts to the same belonging or in any waies appertaining And all Timber and Timber trees waies passages woods Underwoods Fences Rents Comodities Hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever To the said tract parcell or Divident of Land messuages Tenements or dwelling houses belonging or in any wise apptaineing or accepted Reputed taken demised used occupyed or enjoyed as part pcell or member thereof And the Reversion and Reversions Remaind.r and Remaind.rs issues and pffitts whatsoever of all and singuler the aforementioned to bee hereby bargained p.rmisses with the appurtenances and Every part and parcell thereof and all and singuler the estate Right Title Interest use posession Rent ppty inheritance Claime & Demand whatsoever of him the said Solomon Thomas of in and to the before mentioned to bee hereby bargained premisses w.th thappurtenances or any part thereof Together alsoe with all Deeds writeings Evidences Chirographies of Fynes Exemplifications of Recoveries Escripts Boundaries & minuments (whatsoever |
